All Orders are shipped within 2-3 business day from the date order is received excluding weekends and holidays ground shipments are received by our customers within 5 business days, however depending on location could take up to 7 days from the date we ship the order. 

All shipments are sent UPS only. The shipments are insured and will have the insurance fee added to the order. Shipping charges are calculated on the actual cost of the shipment including the insurance fee.

Orders lost in transit

We will file a claim with the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS). These claims can take upwards of 30 days.

If you  would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.

Refused Shipment 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges that are refused upon delivery in addition to a 15% restocking fee which will be at the discretion of Kraut Venture Inc.

This policy applies to all products, including items that are promoted as free shipping.

Defective Product

If the product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty list for return instructions.
